When we think about Christmas, there are specific moments that make you smile; mistletoe kisses, hanging decorations you haven’t seen since childhood, or that first waft of mulled spice when you walk into a pub.

Pork tenderloin, marinated in honey & wholegrain mustard, dauphinois potatoes, tender stem broccoli, red wine jus.

Roast Turkey, garlic & thyme roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, stuffing, honey roasted parsnips, Brussel sprouts, carrots & red wine jus.

Salmon supreme & wilted spinach, en croute, roast new potatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans, cream, white wine & saffron sauce

Vegetarian nut roast, roast potatoes, honey roasted parsnips, Brussel sprouts, carrots, stuffing & red wine jus. (V)

Game casserole, venison, pheasant & rabbit, blanched vegetables, creamy mash. 

Confit duck leg, cheesy mash, tender stem broccoli, port, red wine & plum jus.
